It has been quite some time since I last received a nomination for the sunshine bloggers award so I would like to give a massive thank you to The Zerathulu View! They have a fantastic gaming blog that I highly recommend you check out, there is plenty of content to be found there covering so much more than just gaming, not to mention they are great to interact with and talk to! The questions I have been asked!

1. You’re stuck on a desert island, and have to choose one video game character to help you survive. Who do you choose and why? 

Ooooh this is a tough one, there are several characters that would be up to the task but ultimately I am going to have to choose the one and only Lara Croft! For the simple reason of she is a survivalist, Nathan Drake would be another good option here!

2. What’s your favourite line/quote from a game?

3. Mario has been fired from his job as a plumber. What job do you think Mario would be best-suited for?

He should take a well earned vacation and forget that princesses exist, he needs to be selfish for a change.

4. Your computer/console malfunctions and is about to bring the one video game villain/boss you fear the most into the real world. You cross your fingers and hope it’s not…

6. If you could go back in time to tell a game developer one thing, which developer/studio would you choose and what would you tell them?

I’d go back a few years and let Bioware in on what a disaster their inexperienced team is going to make of Andromeda…SERIOUSLY THEY SHOULD HAVE KEPT SOME OF THE ORGINAL TEAM ON THE PROJECT!

7. Supersonic speed or the ability to fly?

8. What’s the most number of times you’ve replayed a narrative-driven game?

About 5 or 6

9. Which game would you most want to play in VR?

I’d have to say Silent Hill, the idea of feeling like it is really me experiencing the horrors of that world would give an intense fear.

10. Which upcoming new game are you buying the instant it gets released?

This is a tough one since there are several I am getting the second they are out! But I am probably the most excited for Spider-Man.

11. You’re walking down a street when you come across a strange device lying on the floor…it’s Chell’s Portal Gun! Picking it up, what’s the first thing you decide to do with it?

I would put holes in the floor to get slow people out of my way in the middle of the street…
